EZ Pose Terms of Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use EZ Pose on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Pose guides and other content in the app are provided as reference for taking your own photos.

Photos you take with EZ Pose belong to you. They are saved on your device and we claim no rights over them.

EZ Pose Pro removes ads and unlocks every pose, Mirror mode and the full Photobooth. It is offered as:

• Monthly and Yearly subscriptions, which renew automatically.
• Lifetime, a one-time purchase that does not renew.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the same price and duration unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Purchases can be restored on a new device with “Restore purchases” in the app, using the same store account.

The free version of EZ Pose is supported by ads. Some features may require watching an ad or upgrading to Pro. We may change which features are free or paid, but features you have already paid for under Pro remain part of Pro.

You agree not to: use EZ Pose for anything unlawful; photograph or stream people through Mirror mode without their consent; copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app or its content; or interfere with the app's services or other users.

EZ Pose relies on services from Apple, Google and other providers, and the Shop tab links to products on Shopee. Purchases made on Shopee are between you and the seller; we are not responsible for third-party products, websites or services. Some shop links are affiliate links and we may earn a commission.

The app, its design, code and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These terms do not give you any rights to them other than the license in section 1.

EZ Pose is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it working well but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every feature will work on every device.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or photos, arising from your use of EZ Pose. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for EZ Pose Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

If you downloaded EZ Pose from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You can stop using EZ Pose at any time by deleting it (remember to cancel any active subscription in your store account).

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country.
